Born in Champagne, France, Cleo was eager as a child to create all sorts of Art forms. She attend the Beaux Arts in Nancy, France. She came to America as a young woman and made her home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From 1975 to 1995 she had a successful career as a High Fashion Evening Wear Designer under her own label "CLEO".

In parallel, she has devoted her spare time developing her talent for Painting, Plastic and Metal Art. From 1996 to 2004 she embraced another passion: discovering the world of Retro Mid-century Modern Furnishings. She started then, Nostalgia Modern, a 9000 s.f. store in Wilton Manors, Florida where people from around the world came to indulge in rare finds.

After a successful run in the business world, Cleo now devotes her time exclusively to The Arts.
